Hong Kong Seeing Eye Dog Services (HKSEDS), a non-profit organization (#91/12149) founded by the ‘Father of Hong Kong Seeing Eye Dog’ Mr. Raymond Cheung, has been providing seeing eye dog services in Hong Kong since 2012.   We are the first local organization to breed seeing eye dogs locally in 2015. After professional training, the 1st Hong Kong breed was matched with users successfully.
